What does my JOYA Fruits&Veggies Delivery Membership include?

Membership includes a free shipping delivery of fresh produce or a weekly delivery order discount. Additionally, members receive invitations to special events and learning opportunities like cooking classes and access to a wealth of recipes on our website.

 

Where does the produce come from?
Mexico. Most come from Sinaloa but we venture a little farther out for specialty items like citrus, avocados, apples and mangoes.  

 

What is the cost of membership?

There is a one-time $20 fee.

 

How many people does a bushel serve?

The Large Bushel should serve 3-4, and the Medium Bushel should serve 1-2 people.

 

Do you deliver to me?

If you live in Mcallen, Mission, Edinburg we probably do!  If your home address isn't currently part of our delivery area, your office might be and we're happy to deliver there.  

 

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. 

 

Do you deliver to offices or apartments?

Absolutely! Just make sure we have your gate codes or any special instructions.

 

What if I'm not at home when you deliver?

Your deliveries will be perfectly packed and if you are not around, you may also leave an iced cooler outside, and we can easily transfer the items in your bushel into your cooler. Please be sure to contact customer service to leave a note indicating that the driver should transfer your items to the cooler.

 

Can I choose the items in my produce bushel?

Of course! You can personalize your bushel from week to week. 

 

What is the deadline to change my order or delivery?

The order deadline is at 9am in your delivery day. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can put your orders on hold or cancel at any time for any reason, as long as it is done via phone or email at least at 9am in your delivery day.

 

What does 'satisfaction guaranteed' mean?

We do everything we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your delivery (info@joyafruitsandveggies.com) and our customer service team will happily make it right. From replacement product to an account credit or a refund, we will process it as soon as we receive it because we want to make sure you are taken care of!
